The usual delivery period is between 2-3 working days, this may differ depending on the weather and other circumstances. We will try and do our best to make sure your orders reach you on time. Customer satisfaction is our core and we will make sure that your requirements are catered with utmost priority at all times.
If you wish to exchange the product with same item with different color or size, or with a similarly priced item, that will be treated as a general exchange where there is no cost involved. If you exchange with a product where the price is higher than the old product, you will have to pay the price difference at the store. If the item to be exchanged is received under a special promotion the balance to be paid will be the difference of the new item price and the amount paid for the old item.
PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on undergarments for reasons of hygiene. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods.
We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales items.
ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES
We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
1. Returns via courier collection
Send a mail via Contact Us page with the following details such as invoice number, product code, quantity, the reason for the return and whether you wish a replacement. We shall communicate via e-mail and organize for the courier to collect the product - free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.
